Accoya takes stains well and can be painted to achieve a high-end finish. Since Accoya won’t move or shrink like other timbers, painted finishes last significantly longer.

Compared to chemically treated Pine or Macrocarpa, Accoya is more expensive, but no more so than Cedar. When you factor in its longevity, lower maintenance, and significantly higher performance, Accoya offers excellent value.
